Heat
The cheapest thing there is, and not safe for everybody.
A hot shower, a bath, a sauna, a steam room, water jets. Ordinary things, in ordinary places.
Who this is not for
Heat is not safe for everybody. A heart condition, high or low blood pressure, medication affecting either, pregnancy, and drinking or having recently stopped drinking all make a sauna or a steam room a risk rather than a help. A warm shower is the low-risk version. Ask a doctor before the others.
If you are early in stopping drinking, a sauna is not the place to be. That is not a caution to read past.
The whole claim
A man tends to move more easily warm than cold. That is it. That is the entire claim being made on this page.
There is no dose here, no duration, no temperature, no frequency and no routine, and you will not be given one. Heat is not a treatment and nothing here says it fixes, releases, repairs or resolves anything.
What James cannot separate out
James lives in Tenerife, permanently. He gets heat and humidity all day, for years, without choosing it each time. A man in Manchester in February taking a hot shower is getting minutes of the same thing.
That is the largest confounder in his entire account and he cannot separate it from anything else he did. It is stated here rather than buried, because a man who cannot move somewhere warm deserves to know that before he reads anything else.
And not on your face
Heat being on this site does not mean anything is to be done to your face. This guide gives you no technique, no tool and no instruction to touch, press or work your face, warm or otherwise.
